• 17:35 — Taco tasting: cochinita pibil, beef (suadero) and fish al pastor.
• 18:00 — Walk to the local fruit and vegetable market.
• 18:15 — Brief explanation of ingredients.
• 18:30 — Walk to downtown Playa del Carmen
• 18:45 — Walk to “Huastequitos” restaurant in Playa del Carmen market.
• 19:00 — Tasting of mole tacos and traditional drink (pulque and torito)
• 19:40 — Transportation to the restaurant “Los Taracos”.
• 19:50 — Tasting of pork tacos al pastor.
• 20:10 — Return to restaurant “Los Zarandeados del Caribe” for dessert.
• 20:15 — Surprise dessert and pot coffee.
• 20:30 — Transfer to 5ta avenida for free time
• 21:30 — Transportation back to hotel.
